Examining ICT Innovation for Sustainable Terminal Operations in Developing Countries: A Case Study of the Port of Radès in Tunisia

There is a lack of technology innovation studies in the maritime sector focusing on developing countries. Generally, these countries present various limitations due to their own social, economic, and political contexts. Moreover, leadership support, stakeholder involvement, training, resources, financial academic support affects successful implementation technological innovation. The objective this paper emphasize Information Communication Technology (ICT) port companies by investigating impact an ICT solution operations from berth gate through yard operations. Our case study consists Terminal Operating System (TOS) Port Radès, main Tunisia. An examination before after TOS carried out.
